Chad Overhauser is the founder of The House Team Online.  He is also the President of Ameripro Funding dba, Land Mortgage, a mortgage bank in Austin, Texas. 

Prior to the mortgage industry, Chad was a professional athlete for five years.  During his tenure in the NFL, Mr. Overhauser played for the Chicago Bears, Seattle Seahawks, and the Houston Texans.  It was his ability to be successful at several different positions that caused Chad to far exceed the average career length. 

In the NFL, Chad established lucrative relationships with financial planners, agents and team advisors who play an integral role in structuring the financial longevity of professional athletes.  It is these relationships that provided a unique niche for the company.  Chad has taken this ability to not only learn new information but to apply it in an ever-changing environment within the mortgage industry.

Chad is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles.  He graduated with a pre-med degree in kinesiology.  Chad currently resides in Austin, TX with his wife Tamara and their four children.
